Yes, we are insured and bonded through Pet Care Insurance (PCI). We have an LLC set up through the state of Pennsylvania. Your pets and your home are safe and will be cared for by our loving team.
Keeping your pets home is ideal, especially for animals that get stressed and feel abandoned going to a kennel. They feel comfortable and loved while you are away.
We come as often as you feel necessary. If you will be away from home for more than 24 hours, we do require a minimum of 3 visits for dogs. Some families prefer 4 visits (morning, lunch, dinner, and bedtime). Cat clients usually do one time a day, but we also provide twice a day.
No, we provide individual walks for dogs, one family at a time.
Yes, but this is a limited service, as we only have a few sitters available to do this service. This included 7pm - breakfast. If you would like an additional drop in or walk, it is charged as the price listed in services.
We do not offer pet boarding.
Yes, we have many, many references available. Please follow us on our Facebook or Instagram page which is updated with our happy pets after each visit.
Yes, the actual holiday date is charged an extra fee. This goes directly to the sitter for working on a holiday and taking time away from their family and festivities.
With full payment at the time of booking, your dates are promised. We will give you a full refund within 7 days notice of cancellation. After that, it is non-refundable as we could have booked another client during that time.
All changes and cancellations are done via the Time to Pet app.
We will extend care and an invoice will be generated.
Complete our Get Started form to provide us with your information about your pets and services you need. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
It is simple to schedule your visits with our app Time to Pet. This is an industry-leading mobile app.
We work as a team to ensure that your pet will always have the best care possible. You may not always have the same walker, however we do try to schedule the person they are comfortable with if they are available.
If you have a key/pad or garage door opener, we would like a second way of entry to be available (in case of emergency). We are not responsible for keyless entry malfunctions.
Once your services are confirmed, we send you an invoice (on the app and to your email). To pay, you have a choice to pay via the app with a credit card or take the balance and use your personal Venmo or Zelle. Venmo and Zelle are not linked to the app, but the admin will mark your invoice paid.
Tips are by no means required. If you feel your pet sitter has gone above and beyond, tips are certainly appreciated. You may leave a cash tip or add it to the invoice via the client portal app. All tips go directly to the pet sitter taking care of your animals.
As long as it’s safe, and your pup is willing, our team is working and prepared to take on all the elements.
When temperatures are frigid or too hot, often we supplement with a balance of indoor enrichment activities.
